Industrial Duet Fills 19,993 SF

HOUSTON-Mustang Mill Supply takes 10,000 sf at 3611 Clinton Dr. and Pacific Coast Retreaders moves into a 9,993-sf building at 3703 Lapas Dr. Both are medium-term deals for warehouses on the eastern side of town.

HOUSTON-Two industrial tenants have sealed off a combined 19,993 sf of warehouse space in Houston’s eastern sector.

Mustang Mill Supply took over 10,000 sf at 3611 Clinton Dr., signing a medium-term lease for a corner of a 58,000-sf building owned by Bayou Vista Ltd. John Ferruzzo, Barrett Gibson and Travis Land,. all in the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial, represented the owner of the now 65%-occupied building, which carries a quoted rent of 30 cents per sf. The tenant was self-represented.
