Newmark Taps Top Industry Trio for DC Office

WASHINGTON, DC-The very hot metropolitan DC commercial property market will get even more attention now that New York-based global real estate services provider Newmark & Co. has added a three-person power team to its local office. Leaving their roles as senior vice presidents at real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis, M. Anthony Gould, Patrick W. Nalls, and Aaron Katz will work with Newmark’s Larry Bank as managing principals.

Bringing with them a total of more than six decades of domestic and worldwide experience, Gould, Nalls, and Katz are charged with expanding Newmark’s presence in DC, while establishing a presence in the Northern Virginia market. The arrangement, all parties agree, is a mutually beneficial one.
