"It's kind of a one-stop shop," says Scott Collins, a project manager for St. Clair Shores-based JM Olson Corp., which is constructing the office building. "There (will be) all kinds of different disciplines of doctors in there."
Harley Ellis Architects of Southfield designed the building, which will be mostly glass on its north, main entrance, front.
Collins says the building is already 95% leased, even though it is the better part of a year away from completion.
