Windoor Lease Renewal Grows Space to 80,948 SF

ORLANDO-Sales are beginning to pick up at locally based Windoor Inc. so the custom windows and doors manufacturer is adding 31,937 sf to its existing 49,011 sf in a stand-alone building at Princeton Commerce Center Park located in the Silver Star Road industrial corridor of northwest Orlando.

The park’s owner, Dr. Phillips Inc., the largest private industrial property owner in the metro area, declined to disclose terms of the lease. But area brokers intimate with the Silver Star Road hub tell GlobeSt.com the lease was probably for a year at an estimated effective rent of $3.76 per sf. The building is at 1978-2006 Stanhome Way.
