Alliance plans to start construction in April with foundation pilings, and the project is expected to take 26 months to complete, according to Frank White, president of Alliance Construction. Delivery is scheduled for June 2006. So far, the site has been cleared and utility work is finished.
The units will range from 1,037 sf to 1,887 sf of total living area, and from 2,600 sf to 3,100 sf for penthouses. Pre-construction prices start in the $400,000s.
Alliance Construction is currently building Vue Residences & Beach Club in Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL, also a Cornerstone Premier Communities development, and several other apartment projects in Florida.
