The 84,000-sf building is fully leased with about 22,000 sf available for sublease. Among its office tenants are AC Neilsen, Haese LLC, Massachussetts Dept. Correction-Legal Division, Sonexis and Hartford Boiler Insurance. Sublease space in the building goes for about $14 per sf. According to Spaulding & Skye Colliers' most recent statistics, the financial district's vacancy rate is about 12%. Its availability rate, which includes both direct and sublease space, is at 18.5%.
