The locally headquartered firm says that all groups including leasing, capital markets, construction, development services and property management will report to Warwick.

Warwick has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in master planning, mixed-use development, and project management. He joined Spaulding & Slye Colliers in 1994, and was responsible for several of the firm's largest projects including project director for the proposed Fan Pier project on South Boston's waterfront. Warwick also managed the Puerto Rico Convention Center District project, a four-million-sf mixed-use development in San Juan, Puerto Rico as well as Folio Boston at 80 Broad St., a residential development and build-to-suit developments for Oracle Corp. in Nashua, NH, Reston, VA and Colorado Springs, CO.

Previously, Warwick was at Dinwiddie Construction Co., where he helped develop the $1.2-billion J. Paul Getty Center in Los Angeles, CA.
