The property, on the edge of Warrington town centre, includes a local shopping centre, a 74,000-sf Asda Wal-Mart foodstore and 10 retail warehouse units let to Argos, Comet and Carpetright among others. The park currently produces a rental income of £2.9 million ($5.2 million) per annum.
Andrew Lewis-Pratt chief executive of theJunction says: "This sale is in-line with our strategy to create a prime retail park portfolio. King Sturge advised the Junction and FPD Savills represented Halladale.
