Tulsa Promenade is anchored by four department stores -- Dillard's, Foley's, JC Penney and Mervyn's -- and a 12-screen Hollywood Theaters cinema. Other tenants include Victoria's Secret, Motherhood Maternity, Express, The Gap, Aeropostale, Charlotte Russe, Lane Byrant, Limited Too and The Buckle. The property's occupancy was not immediately available.

Tulsa Promenade's department store anchors produce a combined $90 million of sales each year, helping to draw over 10 million shoppers. Coyote Interests says it plans to continue the re-tenanting program put in place by the previous owners. Coyote says the program has increased sales to the point the average per sf it expected to exceed $300 per sf in future years.

The sale of the property was brokered New York-based Rockwood Realty Associates. The lead broker in the deal was not immediately available for comment.
