The privately held North Carolina developer is leasing office space in Lee Vista Center near Orlando International Airport. In Reader, Crosland gets an experience professional who has overseen the development of one million sf of commercial space at Walt Disney World's Celebration, FL community in his six years as president of Celebration Co.

At Crosland, Reader will be working with three former local real estate professionals. Crosland CEO Todd Mansfield directed Celebration's early growth from 1993 to 1997 as executive vice president of Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney Development Co. Crosland senior vice president Ronni Fridman formerly headed the human resources sector at Walt Disney Imagineering, now consolidated with other Disney divisions. In addition, Ned Long, Crosland's chief financial officer, is the former CFO of Florida Land Co., once one of the largest land owners in Central Florida.
