The parcel is located on the southwest corner of Premier Drive and Atlantic Boulevard. This is just one of the new sites Golden Corral is looking to purchase in South Florida. The family-style restaurant chain is actively looking for parcels in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, as well as throughout Florida. Golden Corral's requirements for sites are two acres of property or the capability to build a 12,000-sf restaurant.
