Golden Corral Pays Close to $2M for 79,000-SF Site

POMPANO BEACH, FL-Golden Corral plans to develop a restaurant on a tract of land it recently purchased here from Atlantic Business Center for $1.5 million. The price represents nearly $18.99 per sf for the 79,000-sf parcel.

The parcel is located on the southwest corner of Premier Drive and Atlantic Boulevard. This is just one of the new sites Golden Corral is looking to purchase in South Florida. The family-style restaurant chain is actively looking for parcels in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, as well as throughout Florida. Golden Corral’s requirements for sites are two acres of property or the capability to build a 12,000-sf restaurant.
