The firm worked with Cushman & Wakefield, along with Hines, the manager of Riverfront Office Park, on the transaction. The building is owned by NOP Riverfront LLC. "The growth of Lowrie, Lando and Anastasi has been phenomenal especially when one considers that we launched the firm less than one year ago," says Peter C. Lando, partner and one of the founders of the firm.

Riverfront Office Park is comprised of two multi-tenanted office buildings connected by a 646-space structured parking facility. The buildings were completed in 1984 and 1986, with the 14-story 1 Main St. comprising 324,430 sf of space and the 18-story 101 Main St. comprising 304,908 sf. the buildings. The park is nearly 70% leased and among its tenants are Hewlett Packard, Focal Communications, IBM, New England Pension Consultants, MIT/Technology Review, CSG Systems, Pegasystems, Harvard Risk Management, Mathsoft and Weber Shandwick. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $26 per sf.
