United Properties, the commercial real estate firm based in Bloomington, MN, handles leasing for the property.

New leases were inked with the Republican Party, Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, law firm Flaherty and Hood, P.A., and state leases signed for the Office of the State Auditor, Sentencing Guidelines Commission and Reviser of Statutes.

"We expect another 15,000 sf of leases and renewals to be signed the first quarter of this year, which will bring building occupancy up to 82%," Stella adds.

Capitol Office building is owned by and managed by REIT Management and Research, a division of HUB Properties Trust.
