Three miles away, AG Armstrong of Tampa, FL needs rezoning on about nine acres for a planned 68,200 sf of retail, 13,800 sf of office and a 13,000-sf village green.

The master plan, written and re-written over the past four years, approves 100,000 sf of retail and a similar amount of office space on 27 acres centered at Birmingham Highway and Birmingham Road.

Both zoning requests are tentatively scheduled to be reviewed by the county's zoning board in April before landing on the desks of county commissioners in May for a final vote on the projects.
