Sprint took a 2,509-sf end cap for five years in the Kroger Signature-anchored shopping center developed and owned by a joint venture assembled by Dallas-based Cencor Realty Services. The store is expected to open in June. The lease was negotiated by Wulfe & Co. in Houston, which represented Sprint, and David Stukalin, Weitzman Group's president in Houston, and Jennifer Fredette, associate.

Planning to open simultaneously with Sprint is Wing Stop, which signed a five-year deal for 1,511 sf. Pat Wolford with Patrick Henry Properties in Montgomery County represented Wing Stop. The 13-acre development carries a quoted rate of $22 per sf triple net.
