Two Deals for 65,000-SF Building

WESTBOROUGH, MA-Pulte Home Corp. leases 8,713 sf at 115 Flanders Rd. for 10 years while 3M Corp. takes 5,813 sf for five years in the 64,654-sf office and research and development building. The building is located at the intersection of Routes 495 and 9.

WESTBOROUGH, MA-Two leases totaling 14,526 sf were signed for 115 Flanders Rd. Pulte Home Corp. took 8,713 sf in the 64,654-sf office and research and development building for 10 years while 3M Corp. is leasing 5,813 sf for five years.

Christopher Tosti, Robert Walles, Robert McGuire and Matt Flaherty of CB Richard Ellis represented property owner, Berkeley Investments, Inc., in the Pulte transaction, and Kevin Malloy of Lincoln Property Co. represented the tenant.

In the 3M lease transaction, Walles, McGuire, Flaherty and Tosti of CBRE represented Berkeley while Mark Reardon of CBRE represented the tenant.
