WebHire HQ Remains in 29,000-SF Space

LEXINGTON, MA-WebHire renews its lease for 29,042 sf at 91 Hartwell Ave. The company says it chose to remain in the 121,486-sf, three-story building, which is owned by Boston Properties, due to its attractive location.

LEXINGTON, MA-WebHire signed a 29,042-sf lease to remain at 91 Hartwell Ave. The 121,486-sf building is owned by Boston Properties. Sean Teague, principal and Rick Graham, principal of Trammell Crow Co. represented WebHire in the transaction, while Stacey Baker of Boston Properties represented the locally based firm.

Steve Allison, chief financial officer of WebHire, says that the company, which provides web-based business-to-business solutions, chose to remain in the building due to its location. The three-story office is situated on a 15-acre site 12 miles from Boston and one mile from the Route 4/Route 128 interchange. It is in the commercially zoned office, research and development district established by Lexington adjacent to the Hanscom Field research and technology facilities.
