The development was approved by the city in December, and construction of the first phase of the development, called Pitcairn Place, will begin this spring. The multi-phased project will include a four-story, 120,000-sf building, a 90,000-sf facility and a nine-story, 240,000-sf facility, all arranged in a campus environment. Chicago-based architectural firm RTKL Associates is designing the project for Jenkintown, PA-based Pitcairn Properties.

This development features access and visibility along I-75 and is immediately adjacent to the Fieldstone golf course. CBRE said Mark Collins, SVP of office properties and Larry Michael, SVP of global corporate services, will lead the leasing activities at Pitcairn Place.
