Viisage Technology Takes 32,000 SF in Sublease

BILLERICA, MA-Viisage Technology leases 32,000 sf at 296 Concord Rd. for its new headquarters. The company, which develops identity technology, is relocating from Littleton and is subleasing its new space from Eistream.

BILLERICA, MA-Viisage Technology Inc. is leasing 32,000 sf at 296 Concord Rd. in a sublease deal with Eistream Inc. The company, which develops identity technology, is relocating its headquarters from 30 Porter Rd. in Littleton, MA.

Mark Mulvey, vice president and Rick Fahey, principal with Trammell Crow Co., represented Viisage in the transaction, while Hunter Emerson of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners represented Eistream.

“The arrangement provides us flexibility for both short and long-term growth,” says Bill Aulet, chief financial officer and senior vice president of Viisage. “It offers us a highly productive environment while also being a financially responsible investment.”
