"Business is good for them," says Becker. "They've doubled in size insuch a short period of time." She adds that the company has recently bulked up its staff.

Landmark previously held 1,330 sf in the building before signing a new lease to expand. The company resided in a different location in Phoenix before moving to Virginia Park a year ago, Becker says.

Built in 1976, the two-story, 53,275-sf Virginia Park is home to medical and professional offices, including an on-site pharmacy. The garden-style building is 67% leased--an average occupancy for Phoenix's central corridor, Becker says.
