Prior to purchasing the building, Triangle Fastener was housed in 5,000-sf of leased space at nearby FM 529, John Ferruzzo with the local office of NAI Partners Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. Ferruzzo and Travis Land, also with NAI's local office, represented the buyer in the sale. According to Ferruzzo, the team spent approximately six months searching for a building for the Pittsburgh-based client.
Ferruzzo says they toured at least 15 buildings in north and northwest Houston. The Brittmoore Road property was ultimately chosen, he says, because its layout, which includes a small showroom, fit well with Triangle's operations. The 19-year-old property is situated on a little over an acre. The seller, Del Real Family Ltd. Partnership of Cypress, TX, was represented by Joe MacDougal of Houston's Brown, Butera and MacDougal.
