$8M Northwest Valley Project Set to Start

PHOENIX-Rencor Development pencils March 31 to start work on a 10-building development with 60,000 sf dedicated to medical and general office users. Arrowhead Ranch Office Park will sit on nine acres at Deer Valley Road and 77th Avenue.

PHOENIX-Rencor Development will break ground March 31 on an $8-million, 10-building office park in the northwest valley. The 60,000-sf project will cater to medical and general office users, with a focus on for-sale units.

“We chose this land because it’s outside Loop 101. A lot of the new growth is going up that way,” says Ryan Reynolds, Rencor’s marketing director. “Deer Valley Road is a major route of access coming down to the freeway.”

The nine-acre Arrowhead Ranch Office Park will be located at Deer Valley Road and 77th Avenue. The single-story block buildings will feature condominium units in “for sale” or “for lease” product tailored to doctors or general office users.
