Caridi, a senior associate in the local office of Colliers Arnold Real Estate Services Co., and Sullivan, managing director of the firm's local operations, handled the leases for the owner at the 9500 Satellite Blvd. building and the 9561 Satellite Blvd. building. The average asking base rent was $8 per sf gross.

At 9500 Satellite Blvd., locally based Big City Catering Inc. leased 3,840 sf for three years; Hubbard Construction Co., 3,700 sf, two years; Grass Shack Trading, 1,998 sf, 1.5 years; Georgia-based Orlando Wholesale LLC, 5,000 sf, one year; and Florida-based Core Construction Services, 1,818 sf, one year. The building at 9500 Satellite Blvd. was built in 1989; 9561 Satellite Blvd. in 1987.
