ORLANDO-They were no mega leasing deals but the six flex-space transactions Colliers Arnold brokers Michael Caridi and Matt Sullivan completed in 30 days for Cypress Park owner BJP Real Estate Partnership Ltd. are valued at $350,000 and brings the property to 94% occupancy.

“Every little bit helps in this business,” Caridi tells GlobeSt.com. “Business owners are becoming a little more confident in the economy’s progress. And that’s a good sign for all of us.”

Caridi, a senior associate in the local office of Colliers Arnold Real Estate Services Co., and Sullivan, managing director of the firm’s local operations, handled the leases for the owner at the 9500 Satellite Blvd. building and the 9561 Satellite Blvd. building. The average asking base rent was $8 per sf gross.
