The new building will house Community Central Bank's executive offices and commercial loan department, which are now located in the headquarters building; and Community Central Mortgage, LLC, which is located across the street from the bank in leased space. The branch office and operations will remain in the original building on Main and Market Street.
"This new building is a monument of sorts to the hundreds of hard working people who make up the Community Central Bank team and to the individuals and businesses who have made Community Central bank a preferred financial institution," says David A. Widlak, the bank's chairman and chief executive officer. "We are excited to increase our presence in and commitment to Downtown Mount Clemens and Macomb County."
Widlak says construction of the new building should be finished by December.
