Condo Project Delivers Early

MIAMI-H&H Development Co., a two-year-old real estate investment and development company based in Coral Gables, FL, has completed its Gables View condominium project ahead of schedule and–with several other projects in its portfolio—the company is projecting 2004 revenue of $100 million.

Keystone Construction Group was the general contractor of the 14-story, 78-unit Gables View, located at 1627 S. Douglas Rd. in the Coral Way neighborhood of Miami. The boutique property was completed within budget two months sooner than planned and residents are starting to move into the building. The project sold out within two months, with a $21-million sellout value. Prices started at $175,000 per unit, a little less than the market rate. Behar-Font and Partners PA designed Gables View
