Two Industrial Leases Seal 13,742 SF

HOUSTON-Wisenbaker Builder Services renews for the short term on 8,550 sf at 2901 W. Sam Houston Parkway while the Vietnam Post takes 5,192 sf for four years in Beltway Service Center.

HOUSTON-Two industrial leases, one by the Vietnam Post, have sewn up 13,742 sf in the northwest and southwest submarkets of Houston.

Wisenbaker Builder Services of Houston signed a short-term renewal for 8,550 sf at 2901 W. Sam Houston Parkway in the northwest corridor. Barrett Gibson and John Ferruzzo with the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented Wisenbaker in the negotiations.

Ferruzzo tells GlobeSt.com that Wisenbaker was one of the 95,000-sf building’s first tenants in May 2000. The appeal, he says, is the class A design, asking rate of $1 per sf and showroom space. Building owner, Westbelt Park LP of Houston, was represented by Jon Spears with National Realty Group in Houston.
