According to Spaulding & Slye Colliers' most recent statistics, the availability rate for the office market in the Route 495/North market is at 33%. The statistics indicate that the availability rate for the industrial market in this area is at nearly 14%. The average asking rent for industrial space in the area is about $6 per sf.
