Bluebonnet Nails and a local dry cleaners are the first inline tenants to sign for the center, David Stukalin, president of the Houston office of the Weitzman Group, tells GlobeSt.com. The leases, each about 1,200 sf, have five-year terms. He says talks are under way with prospects to fill another 10,000 sf, estimating closing could come within 60 to 90 days. Meanwhile, a pad site is under contract to a bank, says Steve Chandler, senior vice president of development for Cencor's Houston office. A Sept. 1 key-turning to tenants is planned.
Stukalin and Jennifer Fredette, a Weitzman associate, are leasing the project for development affiliate, Cencor. Eagle Ranch in one of four retail project on the 2004 drawing board for the Dallas-based affiliates.
