The 27,602-sf building was last purchased for $540,000 in August of 1996, according to the Lee County property appraiser's office. The sellers were Citizens & Southern National Bank of Florida, NationsBank NA South and NationsBank of Florida NA.
Jim Garinger of Grubb & Ellis/VIP, who represented Arrowhead Partners in the transaction, could not be reached for further details on the property. Ken Rager of Capital Properties Group Inc. represented DD&R Properties in the sale.
