Gaston, an installer of slat wall, architecturalmillwork and finished carpentry, relocated from itsformer site at 810 South 56th Ave., nearly doubling insize. "First Industrial was very receptive to their tenantimprovement requirements and moved very quickly to getit done," Calihan of CB Richard Ellis says.
Gaston will use the space as an office headquartersand product storage. Located at 20 South 48th Ave.,Van Buren Distribution Center features just over43,000 sf of warehouse and distribution space and1,770 sf of office space. Amenities include 24-footclear height, dock-high loading doors; ramp access;and rail service provided by Southern Pacific.
