GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens represented property owner, Carlisle Capital Corp. in the transaction while Mitchell Jacoby and Michael O'Leary of Cresa Partners Boston represented Champion Window.

The space is part of a single-story, 48,000 sf flex building. Cincinnati-based Champion Window also has a location in Avon. According to the tenant's brokers, the deal is indicative of a current trend in which companies are taking advantage of the "excellent terms" available.

Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $20 per sf. The average asking rent for industrial space in the area is about $6 per sf.
