Entrada Nears Completion

SAN DIEGO-Construction is 90% finished on the 172-unit apartment building located in Downtown San Diego. Upon completion, the project will offer a mix of market-rate and affordable units.

SAN DIEGO-Construction is nearly finished on the Entrada multifamily project, which developer and general contractor SRM Development has been building for nearly a year. Upon completion, Entrada will deliver some direly needed affordable housing units to Downtown San Diego.

Worth more than $18 million, the development will be comprised of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units housed in a six-story building when it opens. Of the 172 apartments planned for the project, 22 units will be reserved for tenants earning 70% of the median income and 18 will be rented to residents making 100% of the median income.
