The project, designed by architect Shane Aimes and artist Peter Kuckei, consists of 10 condominiums. Ranging from 3,500 sf to 4,400 sf, with a deeded boat slip that can accommodate a 50-ft boat, the units are priced between $1.4 million and $1.6 million. The boat slip has immediate access to the Florida Intracoastal Waterway, along with access to the Fort Lauderdale Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean.
Azur International is a publicly traded holding company that develops and markets luxury residential and resort properties. The subsidiary Azur Development Corp. develops and builds the projects. Place des Arts is one of three luxury residential projects Azur is developing in the Las Olas area of Fort Lauderdale. In addition, the company is considering several real estate projects, including luxury hotel and resort purchase and development domestically and internationally, and land purchases for future development or sale.
