Senior associate Steve Larson, CCIM and associate Josh Huempfner represented the seller. The price paid by Tandem Developers was not disclosed.
Tandem recently won preliminary approval from the city of Minneapolis for its plan.
The new development will be comprised of mostly residential condos, with an average cost of $200,000 per unit, and ground-level retail space.
