The property includes six floors of mutli-let offices with a mixture of retail uses on the ground floor. The new owners believe there will be a number of opportunities for active management of both the retail and office elements.
Capital & Counties director Gary Marcuccilli says: "This purchase is part of our ongoing strategy of concentrating the activities of Capital & Counties on London and in particular on mixed-use assets. Kingsway continues to improve as a retail/leisure pitch and as an office location, on the fringe of Covent Garden, attracts a cosmopolitan range of occupiers".
