Designed by Martinez + Cutri and Studio E Design, Fahrenheit has been planned as a seven-story project to be comprised of 77 lofts (including ground-floor shopkeeper units), varying in size from 630 sf to 2,390 sf. The development is slated to rise at the southeast corner of Island and 10th avenues. It will be located immediately adjacent to the Padres Parkade, a 1,109-space garage completed in February that was built to provide general public parking, as well as spots for Fahrenheit's residents. The parking structure also includes 3,000 sf of street-level retail space, which will soon accommodate a CityMark sales office. The developer is planning to move its sale center from Little Italy to Padres Parkade, according to officials at the Centre City Development Corp.

Construction on Fahrenheit is currently scheduled to begin in June of this year, with completion expected to occur in June 2005.
