Knoll negotiated a total $600 million in transactions over a four-year career at Crow. He has been recognized by his peers nationally for having participated in $1 billion in commercial deals over a 20-year career.

In 2003, he and John M. Crossman, senior vice president, retail investment services division, Orlando, closed on 57 properties in 17 states valued at $430 million.
