USPS Taking 72,250 SF at PDX Air Cargo Center

PORTLAND-The United States Postal Service has signed a 10-year lease for 72,250 sf at Portland International Air Cargo Center. Tenant improvements are underway and occupancy is scheduled for June.

The two-building development was constructed by Trammell Crow Co. for publicly traded AMB Property Corp. The annualized triple-net asking lease rate for the space is about $9 per sf for the warehouse and $0.10 per sf for two aircraft ramp positions.
