PORTLAND-The United States Postal Service has signed a 10-year lease for 72,250 sf at Portland International Air Cargo Center. Tenant improvements are underway and occupancy is scheduled for June.

The two-building development was constructed by Trammell Crow Co. for publicly traded AMB Property Corp. The annualized triple-net asking lease rate for the space is about $9 per sf for the warehouse and $0.10 per sf for two aircraft ramp positions. Matt Kayser of Trammell Crow Commercial represented AMB in the lease negotiations, with assistance from Steven Bradford from TCC’s Dallas office. The USPS represented itself.
