CBRE's executives declined to comment about the senior vice president's exit. Wogan tells GlobeSt.com that she will focus on "opportunities for new business" as she sets up a team with a junior broker and executive assistant in the next six months. She says her first weeks will be spent negotiating with tenants and building owners alike to drum up new business for Transwestern.

Wogan has completed more than $330 million in transactions in an 18-year career. She was a top broker in the region for several consecutive years.

Her strong leadership skills, talent and market knowledge is an excellent addition to our team as we continue to grow and strengthen our presence in the Texas marketplace," Chip Clarke, Southwest region president, said in a press release.
