Wogan Named SVP at Transwestern

HOUSTON-Michelle Wogan exits CB Richard Ellis' Houston office after 18 years and heads to Transwestern to set up a three-member team with a focus on her specialty, the office market.

HOUSTON-An 18-year office broker with CB Richard Ellis Inc.’s Houston office has been named senior vice president by Transwestern Commercial Services. Her plan calls for setting up a three-member team and courting office business.

CBRE’s executives declined to comment about the senior vice president’s exit. Wogan tells GlobeSt.com that she will focus on “opportunities for new business” as she sets up a team with a junior broker and executive assistant in the next six months. She says her first weeks will be spent negotiating with tenants and building owners alike to drum up new business for Transwestern.
