Dallas Owner Fields New Team for Houston Push

HOUSTON-TPMC Realty Corp. of Dallas hires Moody Rambin Interests for a lease-up push of Park Towers, a class A, 545,000-sf complex in the Galleria. Along with the assignment comes the charge of finding additional office product to buy in the metro.

HOUSTON-Dallas-based TPMC Realty Corp., shifting its focus from its hometown to Houston, has retained Moody Rambin Interests to lease a flagship office property, the 545,000-sf Park Towers complex in the Galleria and begin the hunt for additional acquisition opportunities in the city.

Moody Rambin’s Mark Preston tells GlobeSt.com that he and Bob Cromwell beat out brokers from at least three other firms vying for the class A leasing assignment for the twin towers. The North Tower at 1233 W. Loop South is 95% occupied and South Tower at 1333 W. Loop South is 46% leased.

“To complete lease-up Moody Rambin Interests provides decades of office leasing experience and a broad reach in the market,” Grant Herlitz, CFO of TPMC, said in a press release about the complex’s overall 70% occupancy. TPMC had been leasing the complex in house.
