Philip G. Giunta, executive vice president/partner, Elizabeth Thomas, senior vice president and Bruce Levine, first vice president/partner of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, represented ING Clarion in the transaction and procured the buyer.

Giunta notes that the building was "a highly sought-after property. It has been 100% leased for quite a while, which only adds to the building's market value. Many potential buyers from around the country were interested in this property."

The warehouse/distribution property, which was constructed in 1983 and expanded in 1985, is located near Routes 495 and 9, and the Massachusetts Turnpike. Among the building's anchor tenants are Parcel Direct Inc., which occupies 162,344 sf and Sundance Publishing, which occupies 150,000 sf.
