Troy joined the company in 2000 as a senior development analyst. He has been involved in new market identification, site acquisitions and development coordination. He also has secured project financing and partnership formation with equity and joint venture partners.

Before he joined BAP Development, he was a real estate analyst for Lambert Advisory in Miami. He received a bachelor's degree in marketing and multi-national business from Florida State University.

BAP Development, based at 2601 S. Bayshore Dr., is a partnership of architect Willy A. Bermello and engineer Luis Ajamil. The company has a portfolio of more than $250 million in development projects. Among them are Onyx and Onyx 2 in Miami, and 610 Clematis in West Palm Beach. The company also is planning a waterfront condominium in Downtown Fort Myers.
