Ginsburg's CED Construction Co. of suburban Maitland, FL plans to break ground at the 22-acre site by May, city planners confirm for GlobeSt.com. Residents tell GlobeSt.com they are not against the development of affordable housing in their neighborhood but fear the existing roads leading to the site are not adequate to handle a new wave of traffic.

Residents say they are seeking legal help at the federal level because an eagle's nest on the development site could be destroyed. But CED supervisors say the nest will be protected from construction equipment. Residents also argue the noise level from the new construction could be a potential health hazard to area residents.

Ginsburg has been developing condos, townhomes, single-family residences, retail and office projects for the past 20 years. His company joint ventures with numerous developers and contractors. CED Construction does a lot of renovation work in area communities. Its latest project was at Villages of Southport near Orlando International Airport.
