Bob DeLaney, principal and Barry Hynes, senior vice president, of Trammell Crow Co. along with Mark Rubin, managing director of Studley, represented Forum Corp. in the transaction, while Bill Motley of Spaulding & Slye represented Boston Properties.

The building is situated on the full city block bordered by Franklin, High, Oliver and Batterymarch Streets and features a lobby atrium and an underground parking garage. It is nearly 70% occupied and among its office tenants are Legg Mason, Fish & Richardson, Eastern Bank, Korn Ferry, UBS Paine Webber, Kowal Associates, JP Mobile, Advisor Central, MA Weatherbie and Soundview. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but office space in the building ranges from $35 to $46 per sf depending upon the floor.
