Partners Home Care Leases Nearly 13,000 SF

WALTHAM, MA-Partners Home Care Inc. leases 12,500 sf at 281 Winter St. The space allows the firm, one of the largest home health care providers in New England, to consolidate its offices in Newton and Medford and relocate its central region office.

WALTHAM, MA-Partners Home Care Inc. is leasing 12,500 sf at 281 Winter St. The firm, one of the largest home health care providers in New England, is consolidating its offices in Newton and Medford and will use this space as its central region office.

McCall & Almy vice president Julie Gray represented Partners Home Care in the transaction, while Spaulding & Slye Colliers senior vice president Peter W. Richardson represented the sublessor, IBM.
