Developer Gets $11M for Office/Warehouse Project

WEST PALM BEACH, FL- BankAtlantic of Fort Lauderdale has provided CD74 Contractors Business Park Vista Center Ltd. with a $10.9-million loan to be used toward construction of a proposed office/warehouse project at the northeast corner of the Vista Center Corporate Park, at 2701 to 2781 Vista Parkway North.The loan provides construction financing for the first phase of a 269,000-sf office/warehouse development. The developers obtained another $300,000 loan to provide a construction line for custom and upgrade finish work.Plans call for the first phase to consist of three buildings with 76,500 sf of condominium office/warehouse space and a separate building with 48,607 sf of rental warehouse space. The total project will be built on nearly 18.7 acres of land.
