HOUSTON-Page Southerland Page LLP is retooling 21,177 sf of mostly first-floor space at 1100 Louisiana St. in the CBD. The firm has signed a long-term lease for the class A office space.

John N. Cryer, principal of the architectural firm, tells GlobeSt.com that the majority of the class A space backfills lobby area vacated several years ago by Southwest Bank of Texas and some space in the tunnel. Page Southerland Page has redesigned the space to create an office with a 4,000-sf mezzanine. Cryer says the four-story lobby allows room for the mezzanine addition, which will “add an interest to the building.” The office, now under construction, will be ready to occupy in August.
